DIRECT INTERVIEWS IN PSU’S

Almost all public sector organizations like IOCL, NTPC, NHPC, HPCL, GAIL, PGCIL, CONCOR, BHEL, BEL, MECON, DDA, BPCL, HPCL, HECL,BARC, etc. have updated their eligibility criteria of hiring by adding qualification of GATE exams by the candidates. So it is highly expected that even in upcoming years these organizations are going to strictly stick to the hiring process through GATE exam. If we look onto last years’ recruitment, the PSU’s have hired Management trainees, Executive trainees, etc. through GATE qualification only.

CAREER IN RESEARCH

The candidates, who crack the GATE examination, become more likely to get the award of Research Fellowship (JRF) & Senior Research Fellowship (SRF) in CSIR Laboratories and under these fellowships one generally gets the stipend between Rs. 15000/- to Rs. 20000/-. Another most important benefit of cracking GATE exam is you get admission in Ph.d in any of the private or Govt. universities and could become a research scholar and the candidate will get stipend of Rs. 18000/- to 24000/- per month as well by AICTE or MHRD.
